How do I earn rewards?
Purchase participating S-Tech products from approved providers and upload your invoice through the platform to redeem your rewards.
What can I earn?
You can earn 4% cash back on any eligible S-Tech products bought through approved providers.

Can I earn no matter where I purchase my products?
No. Rewards are only available for eligible items purchased through the approved provider channel.
Who can participate?
Available to electrical contractors purchasing from S-Tech authorised electrical wholesalers.
How much can I earn?
Points are earned at 4% of total purchase value (ex GST). 1 Point = $1 equivalent. Values are rounded down to the nearest dollar.
Example: a $100.99 purchase = 4 Points = $4 reward.
A $20 sign-up bonus applies for the first $250 spent. Minimum 100 Points required for redemption.

Can I upload past invoices to my account?
Only invoices dated within 60 days of upload are eligible. This applies from signup date as well.
What date are eligible invoices able to be claimed?
Invoices dated from 10 June 2025 onward are eligible.
Managing Your Account
How do I sign up?
Visit the program site and click “Join Rewards Program”. Follow the steps to create your account. Membership is subject to approval.
Cashing Out
How much do I need in my account before I can cash out?
You must accumulate a minimum of $100 cash back.
Is there a minimum cash-out value?
Yes. Minimum redemption is $100 per Visa card.
How long does it take for my reward to appear?
Invoices appear within 3 business days and remain pending for 60 days before becoming available.
Are there any fees?
No fees apply.
Can I redeem for other rewards?
No. Only digital Visa cards are available.
How do I activate my Visa card?
You will receive email instructions after cash out.
Can I request a physical Visa card?
No. Only digital Visa cards are issued.
How long is my Visa card valid?
Valid for 12 months from issue date.
Can I get cash out with the Visa card?
No. Cards cannot be used for ATM withdrawals.
Can I transfer what I earn to someone else?
No. Rewards are non-transferable.
